📦 General QC Instructions

🔍 Initial Inspection – Before Testing

Brand New & Sealed Box: ➤ QC Plus Bin
Damaged/Heavily Worn Box: ➤ Liquidation Bin
Open Box (Good Condition):
- Looks new & complete → QC Plus Bin
- Missing parts or signs of wear → Liquidation Bin
Broken Item (Non-usable): ➤ Trash Bin (⚠️ No lithium-ion batteries)

🔋 Battery-Specific Safety Protocol

• Items with lithium-ion batteries that are defective or dangerous ➤ Bad Battery Bin (keep in original packaging).

✅ QC Testing – Product Categories

🚁 Drones: Power up, confirm flight, inspect wings for cracks or looseness.
🛴 Hoverboards: Plug in charger
- Red light = Charging ✅
- Green immediately = Bad Battery ❌ → Liquidation
- Test responsiveness manually after charge
🛹 Electric Skateboards: Unbox → Treadmill test (40 sec) → Must charge & respond
🔊 Speakers: Power on, check boot sound. Static/blown → Bad Battery Bin
📷 Cameras: Check power, screen, and physical condition
🎧 Headphones: Confirm charge lights (Red/Blue) and Bluetooth connection

🧾 Final QC Procedures

Remove all return labels using a heat gun
QC tags must be attached to both item & packaging (not on the front)
Group items together for efficient sticker removal

📦 Binning & Storage

Full QC bins → Move items to shelves for streamers
If shelves are full → Place in QC overflow area

🚫 Disposal Guidelines

🗑️ Trash Bin: Only broken items without lithium-ion batteries
⚠️ Bad Battery Bin: Defective lithium-ion items, in original packaging
