🔋 1. Check Battery

Begin by checking if the drone battery has enough charge to perform a test flight.

• If the battery is low, place it on the charger and wait until it reaches a sufficient level.
• Do not proceed with flight test until battery is ready.

🔍 2. Inspect Propellers

• Visually inspect each propeller for damage or cracks.
• Check that each propeller is attached to the correct arm. Most drones use:
  • A and B props for front/rear alignment
  • A1, A2, B1, B2 – A2/B2 often used for rear positions
• If a propeller is damaged, replace it with a matching new one.
• If replacements are unavailable, hold the drone until parts are stocked or dispose of the unit responsibly at the end of your shift.

🕹️ 3. Pairing the Remote

• Turn on the drone first, then turn on the remote.
• Use the left joystick to pair:
  • Push joystick up (forward), then down (backward).
• Wait for the lights or beep indicating successful connection.

📡 4. Disable GPS (if applicable)

Many drones come with GPS mode enabled. Locate the GPS toggle button and turn it off to enable manual control for QC testing.

🚀 5. Test Flight Controls

To start flight and test full movement capability:

• Pull left joystick diagonally down and left.
• Pull right joystick diagonally down and right at the same time.

Once propellers begin spinning, verify basic controls:

• Left joystick: Controls height (up/down) and rotation (yaw)
• Right joystick: Controls directional movement (forward/backward, strafe left/right)

✅ 6. Final QC Checks

• Drone should respond cleanly to all controls without delay.
• No excessive wobble, drift, or noise from motors.
• Return the drone to its packaging with propellers secured (or removed as required).
