⚡ Electric Skateboard – Quality Control (QC) Guidelines
Follow the steps below to inspect and test electric skateboards prior to approval for sale or shipment:
👀 1. Visual Inspection
- Carefully examine the skateboard for any visible damage to the deck, grip tape, or wheels.
- Ensure all components are intact and show minimal signs of wear.
📦 2. Content Verification
- Open the box and confirm all required accessories are included (e.g., remote, charger, tools, manuals).
- If unsure about what should be included, refer to the user manual or packaging details for reference.
🔋 3. Battery Recharge & Function Test
- Place the skateboard on the treadmill and run it for a few minutes to begin recharging the battery through regenerative braking.
- Afterward, connect the board to the charger and allow it to charge for 10–15 minutes.
- Power on the skateboard to verify it turns on and functions properly.
