To ensure all HoMedics items meet quality standards before packaging or distribution, please follow the procedures below:
📦 1. Contents Verification
- Open the box and refer to the product manual or packaging to confirm all listed components are included.
- Ensure all items are present and properly arranged within the box.
🧼 2. Cleanliness Inspection
- If the product is slightly dirty but can be cleaned within a few minutes, use a clean rag and appropriate cleaning spray to gently wipe down the item.
- If cleaning will take longer than a few minutes, place the item in the liquidation category for further processing.
⚠️ Always use approved cleaning supplies and follow safety guidelines when handling used or returned items.
