📸 Tripod & Accessory – Quality Control (QC) Guidelines
When inspecting tripods, flexible tripods, quad pods, and selfie sticks, follow the procedures below to ensure all items meet quality and packaging standards:
👀 1. Visual Inspection
- Check that the product is in good overall condition with no cracks, missing parts, or excessive wear.
- Ensure all components are functional, including adjustable legs, joints, and locking mechanisms.
📦 2. Packaging & Sealing
- Confirm that the original box is present and in acceptable condition.
- Once QC is complete, securely tape the box closed for safe handling and storage.
🧩 3. Accessory Verification
- Verify that all included accessories are present, which may include:
- Storage bag
- Phone cradle
- Horseshoe mount (for GoPro)
- Shutter remote (if applicable)
- Refer to the packaging or manual to confirm which accessories should be included for each product type.
⚠️ Items missing critical components or showing signs of damage should be flagged for further evaluation or liquidation.
