🛴 Kid's Scooter – Quality Control (QC) Guidelines
Use the checklist below to ensure all kids' scooters meet quality and packaging standards before approving for shipment or storage:
🔍 1. Structural Inspection
- Inspect all connection points between the handlebar and the ride-on base for stability and tightness.
- Check the handlebars for damage, dents, or loose grips.
- Examine the wheels and steering mechanism for cracks, wobble, or signs of heavy use.
🧸 2. Character Head Check
- Confirm the presence of the attached or included cartoon character head.
- If the character head is removable, ensure it is securely packaged or pre-installed.
📦 3. Packaging Quality
- Review the box or packaging condition thoroughly.
- The packaging must be clean, intact, and free of excessive tearing or crushing.
- Only approve scooters with packaging you would personally consider acceptable for purchase.
⚠️ Scooters with broken components, missing character heads, or severely damaged packaging should be flagged for liquidation or repair.
