đ SkyView2 Drone â QC Instructions
đ 1. Check Drone Battery
Ensure the SkyView2 drone has enough battery power to perform a test flight.
- If the battery is low or dead, charge it before continuing with QC testing.
- Do not flight test without sufficient power.
đ 2. Inspect Propellers
- Carefully inspect each propeller for cracks or damage.
- SkyView2 uses labeled propellers:
- A1 & A2 for front propellers
- B1 & B2 for rear propellers
- Confirm that propellers are attached to the correct arms.
- If damaged:
- Replace with a matching spare if available.
- If not, hold for later replacement or dispose properly at end of shift.
đšī¸ 3. Pair Remote
- Turn on the drone first, then power on the remote.
- Pair by pushing the left joystick up (forward), then down (backward).
- Watch for confirmation lights or beeps indicating a successful connection.
- Note: If the remote is damaged or no longer holds charge, dispose of it in the 'Battery Only' bin.
đĄ 4. Disable GPS Mode
If GPS is active, locate the GPS toggle button on the remote and turn it off before test flight.
đ 5. Start the Flight
- Pull the left joystick diagonally down and left.
- Simultaneously pull the right joystick diagonally down and right.
- This will start the propellers and initiate flight readiness.
Test the following flight functions:
- Left joystick: Up/down flight control and rotation
- Right joystick: Forward/backward and left/right movement

6. Final QC Checks
- Ensure smooth flight, stable hovering, and proper joystick response.
- Check for unusual noises, vibrations, or instability.
- Secure drone and accessories for packaging.
