1. Log into beta.manyfastscan on a desktop.
2. Click the Manifest Generator dropdown menu on the left column, then select Manifests.
3. Find the desired auction manifest and select the download icon to the left of the auction name (far left icon with an arrow pointing down).
4. Ensure the AuctionWorx setting preset is selected and click the download button. This will take you to the download logs page.
5. Once the download is complete, the progress bar will turn from active to inactive. This means the download was successful.
6. Select the download button on the top manifest in the download log page. This sends the download to your browser’s downloads.
7. Once the download is complete, open it and select the Upload folder.
8. You will find an Excel file with the title of the manifest you downloaded. Select it.
9. Fill in all missing details for AuctionWorx compatibility (Event ID, Category, and Item Locator — completed in later steps).
10. Go to VoltageBids.com and sign in to the admin account.
11. Click on any current or past auction and select the blue Manage Auction Lots button.
12. Select the Event Options dropdown, then click Create Similar Event.
13. Change the title, event image, and start/end date and time.
14. Create a title by listing the best items in the auction (from the Excel file). Use MSRP to identify premium products.
Example: BUGATTI SCOOTER, AIR PURIFIER, PROJECTOR, ROBOTIC VACUUMS AND MORE!
15. Copy the title and paste it into ChatGPT. Ask it to create a 1:1 thumbnail for a Voltage Bids auction with that title — no extra text, just logo and business name.
16. Download the thumbnail and upload it as the event image.
17. Set the start and end time. Each auction runs 24 hours, beginning and ending at 5 PM. Schedule back-to-back auctions accordingly.
18. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Create Event.
19. Select Manage Auction → Publish Auction Event. The auction is now live.
20. Click into the auction and locate the Event ID in the title (a numeric value).
21. Go back to the Excel file and type the Event ID into the first cell in column A (cell A2).
22. Click that cell, drag the bottom right corner down to row 201 to copy the Event ID to all rows.
23. Do the same in the Category column using this Category ID: 164959.
24. Copy the list of item locators and paste them into ChatGPT. Ask it to remove everything to the left of the first period in each entry (including the period).
25. Paste the cleaned-up list into the Item Locator column of the Excel file.
26. Review each item title and description. If any are blank, type DELETE in that row’s title cell.
27. Save the Excel file on your computer using the auction date as the filename.
28. On VoltageBids.com, go to Manage Auctions → Admin Control Panel.
29. Click the CSV Import button in the Quick Access section (center screen).
30. Turn OFF both Validate Data ONLY and Import as Drafts sliders.
31. Choose the CSV Excel file, then click Upload CSV.
32. After upload, go through each lot and delete those labeled DELETE.
33. Ensure all listings have a product photo and MSRP in the subtitle. Fill in or delete as needed.
