📲 Procedure: Mobile Pickup Process – Shipping Department
This guide outlines the proper steps for processing and handling Mobile Pickup orders, including printing packing slips and confirming customer pickups.
🖨️ 1. Printing Packing Slips for Mobile Pickup Orders
- Locate the Mobile Pickup order in the system.
- Click on the order, then scroll down the right-hand side.
- Select "Print Packing Slip".
- Be sure to print all pages associated with the order.
- Peel back partial slips if the order includes multiple items, and keep them together.
📦 2. Preparing the Order for Mobile Pickup
- Group all items from the order together.
- Attach the printed packing slip to the items by taping it so it hangs visibly off the side.
- Place the complete order in the designated Mobile Pickup Station.
👤 3. Customer Pickup & Order Confirmation
- When a customer arrives to pick up their order:
- Ask for their pickup code, found in Whatnot under their account.
- Confirm the order by searching for the customer’s username:
- Option 1: Locate the order in the original show it was purchased from.
- Option 2: Go to Orders → All Orders → Pickups and search by username.
- Once the order is located:
- Click "Confirm Pickup".
- Enter the pickup code to complete the confirmation.
