2. 🧰 Product Selection – What Goes in a Road Load Box

Select car and travel-related products from the gas station load. Example items include:

• Cigarette lighter chargers
• USB charging cables
• Seat pillows and neck pillows
• Travel blankets
• Car-related toys (small size)
• Phone mounts and holders
• Sunglasses
• Hats
• Phone sanitizers

3. 📥 Packing the Box

A. Start with a Base Layer:

• Use phone sanitizers, head pillows, or soft items as a base to cushion the box.

B. Add a Variety of Products:

• Choose a mix of items — avoid packing the same product type repeatedly.
• Focus on variety to increase value and appeal:
• Mix electronics with soft goods.
• Add one or two novelty or fun items (like a car toy or fun phone mount).
• Be creative, but keep items practical for a vehicle setting.

C. Final Check Before Closing:

• Inspect the box quickly to make sure:
• Items are packed securely.
• The box is filled to a good weight and volume — not under or overstuffed.
• There’s a good balance and mix of products.

4. 📦 Sealing & Palletizing

• Once verified, close and seal the box securely with tape.
• Stack completed boxes onto a pallet neatly and safely.
• When the pallet is full, move it to the QC Plus Area for inspection.
