📦 General Fill-a-Box Instructions
1. Each box is prepared for live video auction sales.
2. Fill the box with clean, retail-ready product only.
3. Arrange items neatly to maximize value and appearance.
4. Themed boxes should only include matching category items (e.g., candy in candy box).
5. Secure the box and label clearly for auction staff.
Use this checklist to ensure consistency and quality in each box packed.
📦 1. Prepare the Area
- Conveyor belt is working
- Empty pallet is in place
- Supplies ready:
- Kid headphones
- Chargers
- Toy cars
- General toys
- Sanitation items (optional)
- Kicker items (camera, speaker, etc.)
- Pallet labels (date & box type)
🚀 2. Start Packing the Box
Choose ONE start method:
- Place 2–3 kid headphones in box
- OR start with sanitation items
🎁 3. Fill the Box
- Add chargers
- Add toy cars
- Add general small toys
- (Optional) Add 1 kicker item:
- Camera
- Speaker
- Other: _______________
📤 4. Send Down Conveyor
Place filled box on conveyor belt
🕵️ 5. Quality Check (Inspector Only)
- Box is filled to proper level
- Start item(s) correct (headphones or sanitation)
- Kicker item added (if applicable)
🏗️ 6. Palletizing
- Place approved box on pallet
- Stack securely and evenly
🏷️ 7. Label Pallet
Attach label with:
- Date: ___________
- Box Type (e.g., Kid Toys, Electronics, etc.)
🔚 8. Final Check
- All boxes stacked correctly
- Pallet is labeled and ready for wrapping or shipping
